We had such a great afternoon at Alas Arum Silver Workshop in Sukawati, creating our own silver jewelry from scratch. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were so kind and helpful— true masters of their craft. We loved the whole experience and how all of our handmade pieces turned out. Such a great way to spend a bit of time. And such a great value!

Nusfjord. If you’re going to visit Lofoten, make this one of your stops. It’s one of the most well-preserved and charming fishing villages in the Lofoten islands. What it lacks in size, it definitely makes up for in its beauty. There are small, intimate museums here that will give you a rich history lesson of the culture and heritage of this area, and an awesome old general store & Café that serves some super yummy creamy fish soup and gorgeous views!
